Bummer, that bathroom sink is clogged again. Fix it correctly this time and help prevent recurrence. Let us tell you how.
A combination of dirt, soap foam, hair and skin flakes makes a gunk buildup that cause blockage on your drain pipes. To fix the block, you need to take off and clean the drain stopper. Use the drain plunger to clear the clog but make sure first to block the over-flow drain in the tub or sink. If the plunger fails, take off the elbow join and remove the dirt. Make sure to use hair strainer drain-cover to prevent it to go down the drain.
Clogged toilets are a filthy job. Feminine napkins, toilet paper, dental floss are just few articles that are flushed on the toilet and can't be disintegrated by water. You can try your plunger to clear out the drain pipe. If the plunger didn't work, you can use a hand auger break or get stuff that blocks the pipe. You can prevent this gruesome scenario by never allowing things like these to be discarded in your toilets.
Food particles, oil grease and detergent scum are usual cause of clog in the kitchen sink. To tackle clogged in the kitchen sink, soften first the gunk by running a hot water. Follow that with a few drops of detergent and then pour more hot water. After few minutes, use a plunger and repeat the hot water process. If you still have no luck, you may use chemical drain opener.
